Dry gas seal pump which is Reg V only applicable.

A sensory leak was discovered on the pump. A TVA-1000 monitored the leak to be 12,000ppm. The unit was brought down to repair the pump (Shutdown emissions for the unit are minimal, much lower than if we continued to run with the leak). A new seal was installed.

The unit started up again and it was determined that a sensory leak was occurring on the newly replaced seal. A TVA-1000 monitored the leak to be 20,000ppm.

Is this a new leak or a continuation of the original leak? Do you get a new 15 Day timer?
